Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 26th, 2026

Welcome. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”) and our residential trash can cleaning services (the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site, booking Services, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

These Terms apply to our company and its affiliated brands and websites that display them.

1. About Us
We provide residential trash can cleaning services, including on-site cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing of residential trash cans using high-pressure hot water systems and eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning agents. We operate in the service areas listed on this website. For current contact information, please use the email address and phone number listed on this website.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our Services. By using the Site or Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Services Description

  • We provide curbside or on-property cleaning of residential trash cans (typically 1–4 cans per household).

  • Services include high-pressure washing, sanitization, deodorization, and pest-deterrent treatment where applicable.

  • Cleaning is performed at scheduled times; we aim for eco-friendly, no-mess processes.

  • Services are provided “as described” on the Site and during booking. Results may vary based on can condition, waste type, and environmental factors.

4. Booking and Scheduling

  • Bookings are made via the Site (signup form), phone, text, or email.

  • A valid credit/debit card or other approved payment method is required to secure most bookings.

  • We will confirm your appointment via email or text.

  • You must ensure trash cans are accessible, empty (or minimally filled), and placed curbside or at the agreed location on the scheduled day.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if access is unsafe, obstructed, or if cans contain hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, biohazards, sharp objects).

5. Payment

  • Pricing is listed on the Site or provided during booking (e.g., one-time, monthly, quarterly plans).

  • Payment is due at booking or upon service completion (as specified).

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods via our payment processor.

  • All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

  • Late payments may incur fees; unpaid balances may result in suspension of future services.

6. Recurring Billing (Subscription Plans)
We offer optional recurring subscription plans for our trash can cleaning services (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or other intervals as listed on the Site during booking). These plans provide scheduled, ongoing cleanings at a discounted rate compared to one-time services.

Billing Cycle. Your first payment is charged at signup and covers your initial service period. After that, all recurring subscription charges are billed on the 1st of each month for the upcoming service month, regardless of the date you signed up.

Example: If you subscribe on March 15, you are charged on March 15 for your initial period. Your next charge (and each charge after that) occurs on April 1, then May 1, and so on, until you cancel.

Unless you cancel in accordance with these Terms, your subscription automatically renews each month. The payment method on file is charged on the 1st for the then-current subscription fee plus any applicable taxes. Fees are charged in advance for the upcoming service month.

If the 1st falls on a weekend or banking holiday, the charge may process on the next business day. We may retry a failed charge a reasonable number of times.

Pricing and Changes. Subscription pricing is displayed on the Site or confirmed during booking and may vary by plan, frequency, number of cans, or location. We reserve the right to change subscription fees or introduce new charges at any time. We will provide reasonable notice (via email, text, or Site posting) of any material price increase at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the subscription after such changes constitutes acceptance.

Automatic Renewal Notice. For any subscription that automatically renews, we will provide notice of the upcoming automatic renewal as required by applicable law. This notice will clearly disclose that your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel, the length of the renewal period, the amount (or range) of the renewal charge and billing frequency, and how to cancel.

Failed Payments and Remedies. If a recurring payment fails (e.g., due to expired card, insufficient funds, or other issues), we may attempt to reprocess it. You authorize us to retry failed charges a reasonable number of times. Persistent failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your subscription until payment is received. You remain responsible for any outstanding balances, and we may add reasonable collection fees or interest on overdue amounts as permitted by law.

Cancellation of Recurring Plans. To cancel a recurring subscription, contact us at least 7–14 days before your next scheduled billing date using the contact information listed on this website or through your account on the Site (if available). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period—no prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law. After cancellation, any remaining scheduled cleanings in the current period will be completed unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds for Recurring Plans. All subscription payments are non-refundable except in cases of service non-performance due to our fault (e.g., repeated missed appointments). Refunds, if issued, will be at our discretion and processed to your original payment method.

7. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number through this website, service signup forms, or direct communication with our business, you consent to receive SMS messages related to service notifications, appointment confirmations, service reminders, billing notifications, and customer support communications.

8. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt back in.

9. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency may vary based on your service activity and communication with us.

10. Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

11. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee (up to 50–100% of the service cost).

  • No-shows or inaccessible cans on the scheduled day may be charged the full fee.

  • We may cancel services due to weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns and will reschedule or refund at our discretion.

12. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during booking.

  • Ensure safe access to your property and cans.

  • Not hold us responsible for damage caused by pre-existing can conditions (e.g., rust, cracks) or contents left inside.

  • Dispose of any waste properly; we do not haul trash.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or Services.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  • We are not responsible for property damage, personal injury, or other losses unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold our company, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or your property/contents.
